Not Just The Calves

It is not just Uproar that is enjoying the summer garden. Oversized zucchini, lemon cucumbers, and some mixed squash add up for a delight along with the hay they have for dinner.

All the fields have dried up with the hot and dry summer so we are feeding more than normal amounts of hay to keep the animals in good shape going into the fall and winter months.

That extra hay that we had not used up from last year is being put to good use.
