Still Waiting…

We moved Plum or rather, I should say, Plum announced her intentions of being moved into the nursery field more than a week ago. At that time it looked like she was nearly ready to deliver. Her actions led us to believe that she may have been in the first stages of labor.

We were wrong.

Plum is still pregnant, still looking like she is due at any time and still not doing anything but eating and pooping in the nursery field. We will continue to stand by until she is ready to do something. She seems pleased with her acting abilities and is enjoying her time with the other cow/calf pairs.
