Not To Be Outdone
Since I was so quick to share the glorious sunrises with you, I thought I would take this time to show you what has been going on at the later stages of dusk.
This time of year it seems like we are fighting to get all the chores done before it gets completely devoid of light. Even though we try to start earlier and earlier each day to get this done, more often than not we are traipsing around well after we can really see what we are doing and where we are going. Luckily it all seems to work our ok and the critters are not opposed to eating in the dark.
While this picture shows the bright sky highlighted by yellows and oranges the colors kept getting brighter and changed to brilliant deep pinks with vibrant blues as the landscape blacked out. There are a couple of white spots in the dark foreground, those are the cows in the nursery field as they are eating their dinner.
I very beautiful ending to a cloud filled, showery day.
