Fresh Garden Salsa
Because the cherry tomatoes are coming on strong, the first salsa was produced from the garden, albeit not authentic.
I improvise with what is available at the time. This salsa turned out very tasty using 2 cups of yellow cherry tomatoes, a very young tomatillo, garlic, red onions and green onion tops, one very small pepper and the last of the radishes. If I would have had a zucchini more than an inch long, I would have thrown it in also.
I chopped it all up in the food processor with a squish of lemon and a couple of dashes of hot sauce and viola, the first salsa of the season!
