A Little More Side Time

The tides were optimal, and the weather was fantastic for our three evenings of clamming. It was a dream come true to have dear friends that know all the good spots and secrets while guiding us on our adventures.

Each of the evenings we were able to get our legal limit of 15 clams each and although I wore a headlamp each time, we had our limits before the sun went down.

The cleaning process took a lot longer than the digging, but the freezer has enough now to make it through the winter time.

I just had to share a picture that one of our guides snapped as we ended our last day of clamming since the sunset had been as glorious as the clamming.
