In the Barn

Patiently Waiting

White cat waiting for breakfast. There are times when I walk into the barn that I feel that I am being judged.
This evening was one of those times. The lone white kitten from the litters born this spring has sky blue eyes and a look that could melt the heart of anyone who looks his/her way (I have only gotten close to this one a couple a times and have yet to determine gender).
This evening, the kitten was waiting patiently for me to feed the noisy cows so that I could attend to her/his dinner. The cat dish that resides safely under the caged sides of the garden cart was empty. The kitten was posted in this position until I filled the cat dish, and that is when the judging stopped and  mealtime commenced.
