Peas, Beans And Broccoli And…

The garden is really ramping up now. Daily harvests are keeping me busy. Baggies full of chopped broccoli, snapped beans and tender snow peas are filling the freezer as well as accompanying side dishes for lunch and dinner. The summer squash, namely zucchini and patty pan are being cut daily to keep from producing those ‘get aways’ that can look more like submarines that vegetables.

The kale and lettuce continue to out grow us and the cows get large loads to take care of the overflow.
