Johnny Jump-up

More signs of spring are beginning to show. Just this week, I spotted the first blooms on the Johnny Jump-up plants, and a few while violets are scattered around the rose bush at the corner of the garden.

Before long we will be the vibrant yellow forsythia flowers and the light pink of the flowering crab apple.

This is a time of change on the farm with much more activity than during the winter months.
