While I Work

All this business in the barn trying to prepare the Fair animals for their trip and show takes a lot of time and effort.

The kittens watch all the activity going on as they are playing in the barn. As the temperature rises and they run out of energy, the cats poop out about midday. They are oblivious that the show animals are busy learning the ropes, the ins and outs of preparing for travel and Fair.

There are days when I would dearly love to flop onto a bale of hay and snooze away a hot afternoon. Maybe I’ll try that next week on one of the days at the Fair.
