IOU
Technology at its best, is helpful to me. More often though, it is a love/hate relationship. I love being able to bring bits of the farm, our family and our lifestyle to others. I am amazed at the reach a keyboard has to connect me to our world.
But, the hate part of technology rears its ugly head, usually when least expected, and I become baffled, stymied, flummoxed, and downright angry at the first sight of an unusual message as it flits across the computer screen.
I am having media issues. I had been having so much fun uploading pictures of daily life, I put the poor wordpress gallery into a tailspin. To make do in these up-ended times, I will continue to post (mostly because I haven’t broken that part yet), and will owe you the pictures that I am still taking daily.
Luckily for me, I have a dear friend who not only supports my blogging efforts, but is my go-to-tech-geek for all matters wordpress whenever my headbanging stops long enough for me to send out the S.O.S. distress signal. Please don’t confuse my wordpress-geek with al-my-other-tech-needs-guru, or my master-of-all-power-driven tools, or my what-are-you-thinking-advisor, or a tractor-with-a-tow-chain-driver. Apparently, I need lots of support no matter what I am working on!
As I work through this tangle that my fingers have woven into a fine tapestry, posts may or may not have pictures with them. Feel free to comment if I get too flowery with my words (it is near spring, you know), or if my ramblings fall completely off the mark. Until tomorrow dear readers…[insert photo of daffodils that are blooming in the ditch along the county road]
