The Road Less Traveled
Now that the snow, ice and a lot of the mud is gone, we can see the path that we inadvertently took.
It was while the snow was too deep to navigate in the Gator so we were using the tractor, but the snow was drifted and obscuring the road way. One tire off the rocked road and we were making our own ditch before Mike was able to get the tractor with its load of hay for feeding back onto the secure footing of the road.
Sometimes the road less traveled is not a road at all. Knowing when to forge ahead or get back to the tried and true is where wisdom kicks in.
