Changeable Weather

The mix of warm and cold, rain and sun has made for some extraordinary sunrises and sunsets lately. Muted colors turn vibrant in an instant only to disappear as quickly as they arrived. Most times I see the beautiful sight but by the time I get the camera poised, the magic has faded away.

This evening, just as we were finishing feeding hay to the main herd in the large field, the sky lit up with a dazzling show of pinks, purples, yellows, reds and blues. I was able to snap a couple of pics just before the sun dropped below the horizon and concluded the day.
