#73 MyGuy

Try as I might, sometimes my subjects will not turn their head for the camera. This bull, MyGuy was happy to turn his head to the camera to see what I was up to, but I wanted to get a side view so you could see his rounded backside, straight back and strong leg muscling. He kept staring at me hoping that I would break open a new bale of hay and refused to turn any other direction. Every time I moved, he shifted so he was facing the exact same way.

My Guy was born 4/10/2015 and weighed 73 lbs. and currently weighs nearly 1100 lbs. His mother is M S My Girl, is a good-natured, friendly cow that we had showed at several fairs when she was a young heifer.

MyGuy has a birth EPD at 2.7 meaning that he is suited for both breeding heifers and mid-sized cows (any number lower than 2.5  is considered calving-ease, he is close). His American Angus Association Registration number is 18411322.
