#57 Out Of The Bull Pen
As many of you may recall, #57 was the bull the received the Worf Award a couple of weeks ago because of his glorious eyebrows.
He was also highlighted a few days ago with his own registration information and a couple of current pictures so he could be looked at by a potential buyer.
Although my photography skills are not optimum, the farm that wanted the information, with the seeing the bull from our farm that was delivered to a neighbor last month, they did decide that they wanted #57 Stillwater, as the herd sire for their farm located along the southern Oregon Coast.
The drive to the Coastal area from our farm takes about six hours with the stock trailer. This farmer met Mike midway at the Eugene Auction Yard like the delivery of #52 last month. The two trailers were backed together and the doors opened up so Stillwater could easily walk from one trailer to the next. Within minutes he and his new owner were on the road heading south as Mike aimed for home.
The bull pen is now down to two. Both bulls are ready to be sold since they are a year old.
